- Nearby Parking Area - 200 pesos charge per night
- Early Check-In and late Check-Out are subject to the availability of the rooms and no earlier than 12 noon. (with additional charge for special boat transfer)
- Noise curfew is only 11PM
- 2 years old and below are considered free of charge as long as sharing with the bed (Max of 2 free of charge per room)
- Small pets only are allowed in the resort but not inside the room (leash is a must)
- 1 kiddie swimming pool (3 ft depth) and 1 lake pool (depth depending on the season) are open from 7AM to 5PM only
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are considered Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable, and Non-Rebookable once finalized. Failure to arrive at the hotel/resort shall be result of no show and shall be treated as 100% charged.
