• Valid ID with the same information as the booking details must be presented. 
• Guest must present a copy of their Hotel Voucher/Confirmation letter upon Check-in.

• Kids age 0-5 years old are considered free of charge as long as sharing with the bed. 
• Bringing of food is NOT allowed
• Only small pets are allowed in the resort.
• Extra Person Charge - Php 500 per person per night
• Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are considered Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable and Non-Rebookable once finalized. Failure to arrive at the resort/Hotel shall be a result of No show and shall be treated as 100% charged.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• For Fully-Vaccinated Guests: Valid ID and Vaccination Card
• For Partially Vaccinated and Unvaccinated Guests: Negative Antigen Test Result valid 3 days prior to arrival
• Guests should drop by at the checkpoint at Barangay Sipa or Barangay Kinagunan Ibaba to claim their MDRRMO stub. Then, go to the Tourism Information Center at the Triangle near Holy Cross Parish, Brgy Burgos to claim their Tourism Office Stub which will be presented to the resort as proof of compliance to the travel requirements.
